Appointments Necessary
We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure
your preferred treatment or therapist is available, preferably
one week in advance. Same day
reservations & walk-in appointments are always welcomed, based
upon availability. Multiple services appointments must be secured
with a major credit card.
Cancellations
We value your business & appreciate your cooperation with
our Cancellation
Policy. Please allow a 24-hour notice on a single service &
48 hours on multiple services.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten
the length of your service with full charges applied as not to
inconvenience other clients.
Gift Certificates
Are available for all of our services. Refer to our Spa
Packages or Customize Your Own. You may also purchase
a Gift Certificate for any dollar amount or service. No cash refunds.
Requires Payment In Full. Additional Charges May Be Added If
Client Requests A Specialized Treatment Other Than What Has Been
Specified. Clients that schedule Spa Packages &
do not show up for their appointments will forfeit their certificate
as we call to confirm their appointments the day prior to their
bookings, if they do not give us 2-day notice as per our Cancellation
Policy.
Gift Certificates are valid for Six
Months from date of purchase.
Gift Certificates May Not Be Used For Advertised Specials. Available

Group Bookings
The Escape Day Spa is the premiere
setting for any group outing. Events can be customized for any
type of gathering from an intimate group of friends to a corporate
conference. We provide tasteful catering & beverage services.
Contact Jane Caplan, Salon Owner at least 2-months in advance.
Gratuities
Are left to your discretion anywhere from 10-20% based upon your
level of satisfaction.
Payment Types
We accept Cash, Check, Visa & MasterCard. Credit Card Charge
may only be the exact amount.
Product Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy posted at the Reception
Desk. Approved Returns will receive product credit. No Cash Refunds.
Retail Gift Cards
Are available to purchase any items in our Gift Boutique, Hair
Care, Skin Care, Nail Care, Cosmetics, Hair Appliances & Selected
Jewelry. Gift Cards are valid for Six Months
from date of purchase. They are not available for Advertised Specials
or for Salon Services.
